Non-profit, some weekends, weekdays.
$50 additional hours
BUFFET ROOM $250
$25 additional hours
* This option provides the room with no other services for 4 hours
*There is no kitchen access
* No alcohol or hot food, but you are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages and finger foods.
Adding food and/or alcohol
BANQUET HALL $2,500
This includes Banquet room, kitchen, and Buffet room for 12 hours
To add hot food or a pot luck:
Liability insurance at the expense of the client ($180-$250) must be obtained and the "Hart Crown Banquet Hall" must be named as an additional insurer (there is no extra fee to have the Hall added). A copy must be provided to the Hart Crown, seven days prior to the event.
To add a bar:
Crown Bar $250 (Host bar not available)
We provide the liquor, liquor licence, bartender, and security.
Drink options for your guests can range from:
- $5.75 a drink.
- Toonie Bar
- Ticket Sales
Corkage Fee $10 a table
Wine glasses on the table .50 each. (if our glasses are used)
Wine provided by client, chilled and opened by Hart Crown staff.
Client must provide BC receipts.
